Jonathan C. Beard
Jonathan Beard has practiced business and real estate law in Forsyth County since 2014. His practice concentrates on establishing and managing companies, drafting and negotiating contracts, and acquiring and developing commercial real estate.
He brings extensive transactional experience across commercial real estate — purchases and sales, commercial leasing, and development matters — along with business licensing work and general counsel support for closely held companies. He also represents homeowners’ and condominium associations.
