Alice W.S. Price

Alice Price practices in the firm’s zoning and land use group, where she brings an academic and professional background devoted to the physical and built environment.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude with a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law. The College of Law honored her with its Land Use Award for academic achievement and demonstrated commitment to issues concerning the built environment, and she earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Land Use Law and Criminal Law, given to the highest-scoring student in each class. During law school she gained experience at a prominent Atlanta zoning and land use firm.

As a 2023 Urban Fellow she authored a paper on single-family zoning in the suburbs, and through a 2024 Urban Transformations Fellowship she worked with the Chatham County Office of Sustainability on recommendations for proposed residential zoning changes.

Education

Before law, Alice was raised near New York City, earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Art History from The George Washington University, and worked in event management and logistics in Portland, Oregon, and Atlanta — experience that shows in how she runs a complex application.
