He has negotiated numerous complex zoning and development projects and advises clients regarding environmental regulations and municipal ordinances. Ethan also represents clients before government authorities and courts regarding land use and zoning matters, title and boundary disputes, and property tax appeals.
Ethan emphasizes practical solutions to land use issues, leveraging understanding of applicable laws, relationships with decision makers, and knowledge of local political issues to assist clients in maximizing the value of their real estate.
